Poor service - *********** ***

We requested a certificate of compliance from this service provider. Austin told us he would come on Friday afternoon. He did not make it but indicated he would come on Monday over SMS. I called and asked if he could come of Saturday. He confirmed that he would come at 8:00 am. I called at 8:00am as he had not arrived and then he told me he would come in half an hour. After two hours he still did not pitch up! Very poor service. Do not use them.
