Very terrible customer service

<p>My mother bought a fridge from them 9 months ago and now the fridge has been giving us a problem, it does ot work any more, my mother went to the store which is now Ruselles as Electric Express has now merged with Russelles, she went there to lodge a complaint and she was given a reference number twice and they sent a guy to come fix it but after a week of being fixed, it stops working again. the guy promised to bring a new fridge as he said imself that these types of KIC Fridges are problemetic. We are still waiting for the new fridge from them.</p> <p>My mother is a pensioner and cannot always go to the store to complain and get an attitude from the staff and show no respect to an elderly.</p> <p>I am really angry and ****ed off at thier service but they are quick to call when payment needs to be made.</p>
