very poor service

We bought a tv dvd surround sound washing machine tv 2 blackberry z3 cell phones a bed and a mi***ave we received a 2nd hand microwave tv was damage the bed broke in the first week the cellphones was faulty we we complained about the tv mark told me its suppose to operated like that they came to exchange microwave about a month after the complain and they Seward my husband when he phoned back to follow up why they don't come to bring a new microwave we waited about 2 months for a new tv and again its not working correctly. We did report the matter but still no joy the 1ste bed they came and exchange after 2 weeks when they came with the bed I told them the bed is not in fair condition and they said if I have a problem I must go back to the store they are only rented to do deliveries the 2nd bed is busy tearing we stop paying our account because we can't pay for something we are not happy with about 15 different people phoned me and I explained everything over and over when we went in to the store today 08-05-2015 once again they can't help us whee have been handed over to the lawyers tell me isint that ****** good service ??????
