Samsug 51\ tv repair"

I've purchased a Samsung 51\ Plasma TV at Electric Express in Atlantis Western Cape South Africa. I discovered that the tv had a small crack on the inside of the tv not on the outer glass. I contactced the store and they instructed me to bring it in. They have the tv now for 2months and up till now I had no feedback on the update of my tv and I had to go to the store personally and only to discover that the tv has not been handed over to their repair centre. So I'm sitting for 2months with no tv for which I have to pay and I get no service from Elctric Express and they keep on putting the blame on Samsung as the supplier. How do I get them to tell me whats wrong with my tv and when can I have my tv. This is utterly unacceptable and a very very poor customer service."
