Rude agents

Please refer back to hellopeter query no ***.<br> Please check your records straight, My account is for 24months from July 2013 till July 2015, when my account was on arrears I paid my arrears and upfront instalments to avoid bad record but now your agents are calling me everyday and I have to tell them to look at the statement and calculate as I'm not on arrears at all. Wow they cant read a statement at all instead I will receive another call to a different agent and I have to repeat my self ten time wow this is too much please. If u are doing this to me I will pay my last balance in July as per the contract signed because you don't know how to keep clients happy. What do you think about the R10000.00 paid to you so please maaaaan don't upset me sort this matter once and for all.<br> <br>
