recorded threat

I had recived a very disturbiing call to day from an agent that was calling from electric express who had no call ethics or manners he had spoken to me in a very rude and abrupt maner I was also advised that I was black listed for an account I am making payment on I now refuse to pay or hounor any payment owed to electric express as I was givern the worst experience ever and its a good thing they have closed down atleast another customer won't experience what I have experienced
