POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>My mother wanted to put in new cupboards in her home and then hired Eletrical Express. They Quoted her on the new cupboards and installing them. She accepted the quote and signed to pay off the amount that was quoted. The Guys from Eletrical Express came and installed a few of the cupboards in a time period of about 3 weeks and they just got passed halfway of finishing the job. The next time they where supouse to continue the job they never showed up. My Mother continued to pay them and has paid more than 50% for the cupboards and there installation. She did eventually stop with payment as they kept on trowing her phone calls around for anlomst a year now. They have now hired a lawyer that says he will repossess her items to pay off the rest of the depth, but she has not even recived all of the cupboards at her home yet not even to mention the installation. They have blindly ****** her and they are sending her on a goose chase. I will never be able to trust them or give them anything more than a terribal review.</p>
