PERSONAL INFORMATION USED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT

Good day,<br> <br> Hope you are will and this mail finds you in good health. My car was broken in to and my details where used to open an account with Electric express in Arcadia. Doctor, who happens to be the store manager was working on the day the account was opened. I have submitted a complaint with JDH group but nothing seems to be happening. They refuse to show me the application forms to prove that the signatures are not mine, or the contact numbers on the application. <br> <br> I have been there several times and have submitted several emails to them but they say nothing. <br> <br> I have been struggling with these guys to explain to them that I did not purchase anything from the store and have never received communication from the for purchasing or otherwise. <br> <br> With this debt in my name i fail to do other things like buying a house or opening accounts anywhere.<br> <br> This has been an incidence from December 2014 when my car was broken into. I have an affidavit from the police when the incident happened. <br>
