no feed back

I complained about my washing machine the 26 January 2015, I had to keep phoning after them but got no joy out of them. A Ddefy technition came to my house looked at the unit and left without informing me as to what will happen. Not once did the service department or the store call me to find out if I am sorted so I would like a call from the service manager because I'm taking this to the consumer board. I was told someone would contact me in 52 hours on the 21/02/15 and I'm still waiting. I think I have waited long enough.
