This is the second report for the same company. I still haven't received any feedback from my previous complain. I settled the \amount outstanding "on my account and received the paid up letter 18.06.2015. My ITC report was never updated though and 08.07.2015 I phoned in to query it. So here we go AGAIN!!!!<br> I spoke to Lesego who transferred me to Jabulo who said I must phone Valeska @ ADRS who said I must phone Louis (garneesh department) who transferred me to Mbulelo who said I must phone JDG customer care where I spoke to Ryno who wanted to transfer my call.<br> Today 14.07.2015 I phoned again and spoke to Pumlani who wants me to phone Dianne (Garnish) department) tomorrow.<br> These people just don't give a damn.
