ITC

I'm really disapointed i had an account at electric express 2 years ago,after paying my off my account , i have asked them nicely to remove my name on electric express itc then they send me a paid up later now when i try to apply for loans or something it shows that i'm still owing them and my name is still on electric express itc , this is not acceptable because i have paid up everything,i have been calling them with my airtimes spended lot of money going there and buying airtime just to ask them to remove my name . this is affecting my name very bad and its not my job to call head office and ask them to remove me
