i lost it n never recieve a feed back

My laptop was ****** last year january the 2rd 2015, i reported it n dd all they said i must do. Bt even today i never got it. Ni lack the payment to draw their attention bt still nothing accept that i must keep paying for sake of my name. All i wanna know why we paying for insurance if its doesnt pay
