Harrassed by staff members in front of the manager and my daughter

I have an account with Electric Express which i failled to make a payment for the month of April only a one month in arrears. So Friday 06/04/2018 afternoon as i was passing next to the shop i was grapped by my hand and forced to enter the shop by one its staff members telling me to pay the account and other two staff members where also supporting the other one and the manager was just watching as i was harrassed in front of my daughter and people watching.
