Bad Services

I would like to name and shame Electric Express shop.I finished paying my account a year ago on the 02/05/2017 and they have not updated my ITC records. When i call them JD group i have been given 10 different numbers and fighting over emails on this matter. With no help from them. my rights have been violated and ignored by this company. I just what my name cleared.
