Electric Avenue Abuse

My wife and kids were just treated with out right disregard and disrespect by the manager of electric Avenue in Hemingway's. I walked in on the owner shouting and my kids and wife and when I tried to address about the issue he continued to shout at me till I furiously walked out please do something about this, as this was an unacceptable experience for me and my family. Please assist.
