********* BEHAVIOUR MAY LEAVE PENSIONERS DESTITUTE

The company entered into an Agreement of Lease for an apartment owned by pensioners. The contract stated that a deposit was due and payable upon final signature of the agreement.

After weeks of trying to obtain proof of payment, the company cancelled the agreement - 1 week before occupation date.

Their reason : had a bad feeling about the apartment...

We are now scrambling to find a replacement tenant to ensure the Landlord, who is a pensioner, is not left destitute as this was their only source of income!

Totally ********* and unprofessional behaviour which should make one question their work ethic.
