Poor Service

Very disappointed in the service we receive from the company. All went well with a first order of 31 Solar panels. From second order all went down hill. They supp**** the wrong panels - we contacted them - they said they will replace with correct panels we paid for. I have given them time to either replace the panels or refund the payment. Unfortunately they no longer communicate with us. We were willing to take back the panels to them at our own cost - but they are always waiting for feedback from their supplier.
