Unresolved conflicts !!!!

Never go to these people in sea point . If I could rate in the negatives then I would .They gave my sister a faulty scooter and it broke . They came and gave us another one but didn't tell my sister that it was one meant for an adult and a child and the thing snapped in half WHILE she was riding it after the guy put it in sports mode and she was riding at 27km/h . She fell head first into concrete when this scooter threw her off and also damaged her knee . The owner has REFUSED to give us updates on the investigation and this happened in DECEMBER!!! He refused to give us a refund . I am really not one to write reviews but this situation has not been resolved and it's genuinely really pathetic. Get it together .
