Poor customer service

Actually pointless even writing a review as I see they don't respond, just as they do not answer their phones nor their emails. Been referred to them by Samsung to repair a fridge which is no longer cooling. Tehnician called, said fridge was out of gas, refilled and fridge still not working. They do not reply to mails nor answer their phones.
