Miscommunication again

Well again I have experienced miscommunication from Electracorp. I was informed that a technician would come and sort out my Hisense 18kg Top Loader today Mon 12 April 21, which has a broken Pulsator. I waited the whole day and nobody pitched up nor had I got any feedback or update. 2nd time in 3 months. Keep it up guys. Tomorrow I won't sit around and wait again, rather I go to work and earn some money.
