*********** and not trustworthy business

I took my fridge to electracorp bethlehemto be fixed and it's been more than 4 months, every time when I call the office they will tell me they are still waiting for the part that they ordered in order to fix the fridge, I call again and the said the part was delivered in Bloemfontein branch they will call me when they are done with it. On the 15 of November I called them again and they said that are still busy with my fridge. On the 18th of November I called therm again because they did not get back to me and they said on Monday the 21 November the fridge will be fixed. I called again on the 23rd November and they said they will give me a call before the end of the week. On Friday the 25th November they said the fridge will be fixed Saturday on Monday of the 31st of November and they did not call 😡 I called them and they said I can come fetch the fridge so I drove to bethlehem from senekal to fetch the fridge to my surprise the fridge was not fixed and the technician was not around, I asked the receptionist to call the technician and found out what seems to be the problem and the technician hang up the phone I asked to speak to the managed who was not available according to the receptionist and called the manged speaking in afrikaans not knowing that I can hear her and the reason she gave the manager was totally different with the reason she gave me. And the attitude I got from the receptionist and the other staff member was disgusting.
