HiSense fridge

I reported my HiSense fridge that is not making or dispensing ice anymore,I bought it September 2018,sure enough a technician came first time without the relevant part,I waited for the part to be ordered,last week technician came and broke something in the process of replacing the part,been waiting since then,I cannot put water in the fridge container as per his instruction otherwise there will be leakage. I called their office yesterday for feedback,was promised feedback but COB,yet still nothing. I really dont have the energy,and have very little faith in this technician after my encounters with him. I paid R15k for this fridge and was not expecting such issues a year after buying it!
