Electracorp *******

I purchased an 18kg top loader from game in Bethlehem on 12 Jan 21. 2 weeks later it stopped spinning. After laying a complaint with game we received an email on the 06 Feb 21 from a Keyde Mohlala who gave the ref ***. Thereafter a lady from Electracorp called on Monday 08 Feb 21 promising me that an assessor will be visiting me on Mon or Tue. To date nobody had come nor called me with any feedback. I've emailed both Hisense and Electracorp several times and to date have had no response from anyone. I also called Electracorp and sent a WhatsApp message to them, which was read (because of blue ticks), but no reply again. I will now request my refund and buy another brand which is more reliable. Disgusting how big businesses allow these independents to handle their repairs and after sales service when they're so ***********.
