Disgusting service

On 8th September 2023 I went to the branch of Electracorp in Bloemfontein to request a refund for non-supply of goods ordered, order no: *** (amount: R685.00). Goods were ordered on 07/08/2023. Every time I enquired either telephonically or by email about their availability, I was always informed that goods ordered had not arrived. I was able to obtain similar goods from other suppliers within a week from 07/08/2023. I enquired about the company's refund policy, but I was shown none. Banking details were provided for refund as requested by the receptionist/sales representative. I have not heard anything up to today 27/09/2023. This is a very bad company and I discourage people to do business with it.
