LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES - AND POSSIBLY *****

<p>I purchased a property in Detroit Michigan USA via Glen Maccabe of Electra Property Investments/Electra Investment Specialists/Peace of Mind Investors/Right Move Overseas .</p> <p> </p> <p>Both Glen Maccabe and the contract promised that the property was fully renovated and came with a paying tenant in good standing so all I had to do was pay the purchase price and start receiving my rental.</p> <p> </p> <p>One of the main reasons for buying through Glen and Electra Investment Specialists was because he claimed that they had in house managing agents with years of experience managing thousands of properties.</p> <p> </p> <p>The reality is that the property has not been renovated and requires thousands of dollars of repairs in order to be obtain an occupancy certificate, there is no paying tenant and there is no in house management and Glen Maccabe has stopped responding to any of my emails.....</p> <p> </p>
