Poor service

I bought EK181 - MR702 Line Output Transformer for Telefunken TV set, I did EFT on 4th February 2022 , waited for confirmation if the product is available , then on the 28th February 2022 I spoke with one of the sales agent who I did all the transaction with and he told me the product is out of stock and I must provide him with my banking details, and I provided him and still I am waiting for my funds to be deposited into my bank account and the sales agent told me he did gave them to his Manager and I fail to understand why are they taking long .
