Payout of funds

<p>On the 30th of April 2015 I bought the Green Energy basket from Electio which seemed great as I got regular updates on the performance of the investment basket which was doing well until almost a year later when I decided to cash out my investment which was confirmed by Colleen Langeveldt on the 3rd of May 2016 which seemed as if it will be a smooth process until the Account manager confirmed that she cannot say how long it will take to cash out my investment as liquidity is low which leaves me with a uncomfortable feeling of when will I get my funds if at all-its far from comforting if you do not know when will your so called great investment pay out if at all-the waiting goes on but I'm yet to see the physical evidence of my great investment,had I known,Liquidity is uncertain with Electio I would have looked at other investment vehicles which guarantee liquidity within a reasonable or specific time frame </p>
