Director/s in breach of their fiduciary duties

<p>This company has since moved from their registered office recently in May 2017 and their website doesn't say where they have moved to. I think we need to invoke legal proceedings against the director/s involved to understand what is really going on, whether this is a **** or financial mismanagement.</p>
