Elecgistics - be careful of them

For starters I had a very good experience with these guys. I asked them to quote me to go off-grid completely. The quoted, I accepted, they installed, I paid. Two days after my ESKOM line was disconnected the solar system started failing. In the beginning they were really quick to respond and really spent hours trying to figure out what was going on. I kept on telling them that they used the wrong battery type and that the system is to small for my setup. Long story short, they've been promising to fix my system, but it's now 2 years and 8 months down the line and my R300 000 system is still not working. These guys don't respond to any letters from my attorney. Be careful if doing business with them. I hate laying this complaint, as I really enjoyed the company of these guys, but I'm sick and tired of waiting.
