Can't Swim

The customer service that we have received from Eldoraighn Pool Lab is equivalent to the service of the goverment seeing as they also take your money without rendering any service. We phoned for a quote on our pool which looked like the Hulk urinated in it as it was green, our creepy also did not suck up anything anymore. They came out and gave us a quote of R2900 to replace 3 bags of filter sand and to throw in some chemicals to clean the pool. After that was done we had to wait 3 days before switching on the pool, the creepy still did not suck anything. We phoned again and again and again and eventualy they sent someone to come and check and all he did was scoop out the leaves and did some water tests and told us that it could be our pump or a water leak under ground, he also said that they will return on monday, maybe to clean out more leaves who knows. Bottom line we paid for a quote half ass quote as well as a half ass job. They state on their website that they have 12 years experience in the pool industry but i think it is more like 12 hours. They ****** my inlaws who are senior citizens of their money.
