Batho Pele does not exist in this clinic

What a **** service we received at the ext 2 clinic in eldorado park.i arrived at the clinic at 6:45 and was sitting at the reception area till around 9 I then was helped at the reception.i was sent to room 1 and then to room 5 where I will be seen by the doctor or nurse.while I was sitting outside room 5 a few minutes later the security guard instructed us to go out as the clinic had to be fumigated.while walking out we were told that it would take 1hour 30 minutes.when we arrived outside one of the nurses said they are closing the clinic.i went back in to go ask for a letter for work and I was told to go to the manager.i went to the manager Francis or francina kaaste was rude and informed that she can't help me.i called my manger and my manager tried to speak to her but she was rude and all I wanted was a letter or something that shows that I was at the clinic.what frustrated me is the fact that there were different stories.one said they closing the other said 1 hour 30 minutes.next thing when I said I will wait for the one hour the manager said it's 4 hours now.with no care in the world.we waited for that hours till the security came back and asked us to go sit outside the clinics yard.thats when we realized that we will not be helped.we refused and he locked us in.what happened to batho Pele? Why are people so heartless.there were pregnant woman sitting for that hours outside hungry as hell and the clinic staff couldn't care less. They could have communicated with us.not lie!
