Pathetic service at Eldorado Park clinic in ext 9

Service is pathetic I have been here at 5:30am I am first in the line for a check up for my 6 month old baby I'm sitting here no 1 has come to help us yet and they were here at 7:15am already supposed to set but they never and they only opened the doors at 8:30am. The nurses are walking up and down it settling in now and setting up which they should have done when they got here they don't care about the little babies that are waiting in this cold.It is not the first time that we get this service but this time is the worsed of all usually at 8:30am they would have started working already but nothing nothing at all.I usually come around 7:00am and im out by 11:00am ,today I came earlier so I can be helped soomer but they didnt even start working some are walking around others are sitting in officers doing nothing.Something needs to be done at this clinic
