POOR SERVICE

I placed my order last week Friday and they did have an item in stock hence i decided to cancel the full order. When asked when will my refund be processed, i was told that it will be done today (Tuesday 15/06/2021). I followed today asking for a refund and i was told that becuase the payfast syst was done they were waiting for the funds and the refund will be processed. From this morning till now (evening) i heard nothing from them. They had no decency to.provide me with any feedback. The fact that they make u wait for your own funds is pathetic
