Pathetic Eldorado Jewellers!!! Gold changes colour and staff do nothing to help!!!

If I could give they a -10 I would!

In 2022 I order thali accessories, I started to notice they were cracking and had started changing colour.

I contact the sale agent who assisted me her name is Mandy, she firstly needs to learn how to deal with customers and need to learn people skills!

Mandy’s reply to me was “you can have the jewellery tested” my reply back was it’s not about getting it tested which I am actually going to do, rather it’s about the fact that that do not even give you an apology or try to assist you.

I explained to this lady that I have jewellery which I have since 2016 Of which is still in the seem colour that we bought it however the things bought from Eldorado Jewellers have all of a sudden changed colour!!!

I see now so much people complaining about the colour change! Why on earth has this company not been investigated!!!!

I have no choice but to go the legal route with them!

Their sales agents need training on how to deal with people! Pathetic!!!
