Name chain

I have purchased a name chain from Eldorado jewellers in the beginning of July. I paid full price for my item. The looting occurred so currently all their stores are closed. However they refuse to respond to any of my emails, phonecalls, messages. I'm extremely furious with their lack of customer service and update on what is exactly happening with their stores.
