Eldorado Jewellers

I have purchased a neck chain from Eldorado Jewellery store. The neck chain is not even a year old and it broke of my neck. I suspect they are mixing the gold. They need to be investigated. This neck chain is very expensive and if it's really pure gold, it would have never broke off so easily.
