DO NOT ORDER ONLINE

I ordered a ring online as their stores are closed.I sent them a msg 2days later asking for update on my order I was then told there is no stock after I fought I was then told there is stock and I will get my order today then again I was told there is no stock.I was then offered another ring which looks cheaper but I was told it's the same price.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE WITH ELDORADO JEWELLERS their website will say stock but there is nothing.I THEN PUT MY COMPLAINT ON FACEBOOK AND THEY REMOVED IT SO PEOPLE WILL NOT SEE THE NEGATIVE COMMENT.Why post something that you do not have then tell a customer one minute u have and the next you don't have doesn't look like anyone knows what they are doing.Poobashnie did try help but I'm not happy with the lack of information and service this online store is giving.The person that works with their Facebook website was rude and did not solve my complaint instead told me to be patient instead of understanding my frustration now I am not receiving the ring I ordered because of lack of customer service.DO NOT ORDER ONLINE YOU WILL REGRET IT
