In 2015 i purchased a 18ct wg diam cluster ring from this store within a month the color of the ring had tarnished.when i had taken it back to this store they refused to refund my cash back but had rather charge me for polishing the ring the attitude and customer service is terrible and of poor quality.this company is very cheap in regards to diams and gold rings but why does all of this change color.to the owner your customers come first cause without customers you do not have a business im ashamed and disatisfied with the service i had recieved the poor lack of compitence from your staff but mainly im ashamed of how you run a business knowing you are accepting our money but selling items which i concider are going to get damaged i suggest very strongly to people do not purchase anything from this stores.you rather pay a littel more from reputable stores like.sterns,nwj,mayuris and end up with quality products
