negligent idiots

i want to know who gave them authority to give medicine without my consent i am not happy with this my ex went and took medicine without my knowledge and they just give and i must pay for it i want a full ****en refund from Eldo med now i don't want them to auth anything at all if its not me you don't give medicine i want a full refund from them it cost me money for their negligence **** that they will pay for everything or else i will go the legal route and sue them.
