Not your conventional service provider

It’s not often one can say you’ve called a utility service provider to track down a lost item and managed with any success. Well, let me tell you there are some providers out there like Eldo that employ the right people with the right mindset! I was lucky enough to get through to Anne at Eldo, funny enough she had helped me setup our initial accounts. I called hoping to track down a misplaced boat battery, Anne was on the ball, contacting the teams who lead the guys on the ground as well as the estate. Gave my feedback within a day and put me in touch with the right person, who had found the battery. (It’s hard to stay positive during times like these, but when you liaising with people who are extremely helpful and pleasant and get things done with no benefit to them, it really shows there are some incredible/ inspiring working people out there and it’s refreshing)
