Excellent problem solving by ELDO
I was massively overcharged on my CoJ bill recently. ELDO readily identifed the problem as being due to a change to my meter by the City (which I didn't know about) and within a couple of weeks the charges were reversed. I found the ELDO rep to be incredibly responsive and helpful, and I was so grateful not to have to pay R30K in charges and then fight about it with City.
