ZERO RESPONSE - ONLY FALSE PROMISES

Good day

I've been trying since the 4 th of December 2019 to get a refund on bus tickets bought from Pretoria to Noupoort and back. The ticket Numbers are: AA8WTJ01; AA8WTO01; REC4RTWGFQ1F and REC4 RTWGFQ2F. To no avail. I spoke to Dwayne and Lloyd at the customer service centre on numerous occassions. I received many promises after the refund s were requested - But still NO refund. I am handeling this matter on behalf of a collegue who has no internet access. I was told that the money will be paid as soon as we submit bank statements as proof that she was indeed the client and to confirm her banking details. Please help - I also send numerous enquiries on Facebook messenger - but still promises and no action!! Her contact details is : Belinda Slabbert *** or alternatively I can be called on ***.
