you have just lost a loyal customer

I don't where to start as I have a long essay about the way I was treated as a customer , on Friday night I commuted a 20:00 bus from Park station to Pietermaritzburg , firstly the bus was old smelly and as we were leaving the park station everyone could hear funny sounds from the bus we all starting praying that we will be safe as it was a long distance before we can even reach Braam , the bus had to be kick started I don't know why and we drove anyway after we passed the first tollgate the bus broke down we had to wait for 3 hours for the mechanic to come attend to this and not even a apology for all this I mean really ? and than Sunday was the worst ever as I booked a return trip I couldn't cancel even though the treatment we received on Friday . Sunday my bus was suppose to leave Pmb at 10:00 but guess what time Eldos came ? 12:00 they were 2hours late no apology and again the bus was stinking we had to stop all the way on the road so people can relief themselves and guess what the diesel was leaking so we had to passing garages to fill it and only reached parkstation at 8:00 to be told that I must find my own way to Southgate even though I was suppose to be left in the south
