XMAS NIGHTMARE

If you want to have a nightmare, use Eldo Coaches!!Good day,

Allow me to express my worst disappointment that we experienced as a family. I booked my aunt for a holiday in Durban and this was the worst nightmare for her, caused by Eldo Coaches. 1stly the bus was suppose to depart at 06:00 & only departed at 07:00. (NO APOLOGY WAS DONE) Arrival time was suppose to be 14:00, they only got there at 16:30. As if that was not enough to spoil the day, her Justin bag full of her holiday clothes was swopped with someone else's bag!!! I mean the bag have tags on them, that tells you about NEGLIENCE. Colleagues talking & not focusing on customer service.

So I want to know, since my aunty has been indoors since yesterday, stressed because of your company, will you offer her counseling? How will she have a holiday with the ONLY1 dress that she has been wearing from Thursday the 21/12/2018 till the 27/12/2018? What will be done to the negligent staff the swopped the bags? She was told to come back on Friday, she went back & atleast the lady there was helpful & offered her R500 to buy toiletry. She was then asked to come back on Monday because all the managers will be there, she went but was approached by a rude lady who was not helpful & told her to come back on Thursday when she goes back home.
