Worst service/missing luggage

The worst service. I have logged a complain on the 9th of April for my luggage that had been missing. Until date I received nothing. No information on my bag. Instead I was told that I suppose to be responsible for my luggage that's utter ******* cause how can I be responsible for something that I do not have access to. This is the worst bus service ever. All charging points we not working and lose wires were hanging out of them which is very dangerous. This bus service really doesn't give a damn about they customers.
