Worst service than all coaches,intercape,greyhound and intercity .Dont use at all

The worst bus. The staff is the worst. They are currenly late with like 4hours.I HAVE BEEN in the cold for 4 hours straight and when i chat with them they send me screenshots telling me the bus its approaching. The buses may look nice and staff but the service is the worst and full of *********** workers.
