Worst service received by an elderly woman. Demanding reconciliation.

My mother is 71 she was suppose to leave for Capetown @ 13:00 the staff @ park station Johannesburg have no answer why there is a delay they simply close the door and refuse to give answers the office numbers are not answered the whatsapp line ain't monitored emails are not responded to. This is the worst service that my mother ever received from any bus service.
