Worst service from Eldo bus

Iam not sure if this bus service deserves a star @ all or not, i had purchased 4 tickets from Pretoria to Belville, Capetown for the 03/07.2022 17h00 bus. A bus came around 17h45 which took is to Joburg to be transferred to a bus that will take off foer our destinations,we waited till 19h50 @ the station foe a bus.we were then taken out of the station where we were supposed to get the bus to somowhere in the street where we were told to get into an empty bus(Lejosa bus). Mind you i had kids travelling with me had +2 large travelling bags & 2 sports bags we had to run so we can reserve a desired seat. Total would not take the bus from this company ever again in my life the experience was traumatic for me, my kids & other passangers(old) having to run behind some man who didnt explain much to us
