Worst service from eldo bus

Never again in my life will I travel with eldo bus. My luggage has been ****** of the bus and I received no assistance in finding my luggage I was told if my luggage is not found I can claim after two months that is utter ******* I want my luggage and if not I want a refund I had very valuable stuff in that bag. I want my stuff replaced and I will not wait two months cause this is clearly they fault each bag has a unique sticker with the code why was the stickers not checked before handing over the bag to someone also what's the real purpose of the sticker if my bag could be given to just anyone. I'm ****ed off and hurt I worked for those valuables it did not fall from the sky. I travelled from port elizabeth to Durban only to get to durban n realise my bag is gone and it's not mistake cause there was no other luggage left behind where they could say another customer took my bag by mistake my bag was taken on purpose.
