Worst service from a transport service

<p>This is by far the worst service I have ever received from a service provider that I have fully paid my service fees to.</p> <p>How can an accredited road service provider lose their passanger's luggage?</p> <p>I took a bus to Cape Town with my wife and kids with 2 big luggage bags full of clothes needed for our vacation, only to reach our destination withou our luggage. How can that be? The most annoying thing is that no one knows where our bags are yet we were given stickers to verify that our bags were received by Eldo coaches.</p> <p>I sleep tonight without my evening gown and pjs just imagine my 1 year old no clothes to wear, it is cold right now and we don't even have anything warm because of this unprofessional service.</p> <p>I want this to be known by The entire world so they can pay heed as it was not I and my family alone, 4 other people experienced the same fate from the same bus we travelled with.</p> <p>So unacceptable.</p> <p>Bad service must fall</p> <p>The struggle continues, wish I was part of the strike right now. M so angry and annoyed</p>
